About Pacific Welding

We’re a sheet metal and welding Company who have been around since 2012, starting from a small base and now serving some of New Zealand’s biggest roofing and construction companies.

We have an excellent reputation within the building industry and we think this comes from some pretty simple core values: always provide what the client needs, in the quickest time frame possible within the budget set. No inflating prices, no sloppy work, and no mucking around has been a formula that’s resulted in happy customers for nearly a decade. Our Team

Pacific Welding was founded in 2012 by Raymond Kumar who has been in the business since he qualified as a welder back in 2005 in Fiji, his homeland.

As the company has grown he has taken on more staff from talented juniors (minimum four years experience) to senior staff with 15 to 20 years behind them. “When I started this business I never thought we’d end up with so many large scale clients so I’m really grateful to have team who are up to the job. All our senior staff have the most advanced qualifications possible, and we make sure all our juniors stay abreast of the latest techniques and technology too. Our training has a strong focus on attention to detail and really listening so we can produce work that always surpasses our clients’ expectations.”
